This site is maintained by Brian Jacob Sanchez ("Brian") to provide independent SAP consulting services. This page explains what data is collected, how it's used, and your choices.

What we collect

• Contact form submissions: name, email, company, role, project context and any message you provide.
• Health check submissions: additional context about your SAP system (version, size, modules, pain points).
• Analytics events: first-party page views, CTA clicks, lead form submissions, and lead-magnet downloads. We do not use third-party trackers.
• Newsletter subscribers: email address and consent timestamp.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry or deliver the requested resource.
• To improve content based on aggregate, anonymized analytics.
• With consent, to send occasional emails about SAP technical topics.

Storage and retention

Submissions are stored in a secured database (Lovable Cloud). Lead and analytics data is retained for as long as needed to operate the site, typically up to 24 months. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

Shared responsibility

Brian is responsible for the data submitted via this site and the editorial content. Hosting, encryption-in-transit and at-rest, and infrastructure security are provided by Lovable's platform. This site is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by SAP SE.

Cookies

We use a minimal local storage entry to remember your cookie preference and a session ID for first-party analytics. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].
